The conference will be hosted at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, located at 100 Grand Traverse Village Blvd., Acme, Michigan. Attendees are invited to reserve a room as part of the CMF hotel block, which ends September 6, 2024.

The CMF conference room block discounted rates will be honored two (2) days before group arrival and two (2) days after group departure, based on availability.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm; check-out is 11:00 am. 

There are two price points for rooms this year, listed below:

  • Hotel Guestroom: $225 per night
  • Tower Guestroom: $275 per night

Additionally, there is a daily resort fee of $20.95 per room, per night, which includes: unlimited use of the resort fitness center including cardio and strength training equipment, whirlpools, saunas and indoor pools, seasonal access to outdoor pools and beachfront facilities, preferred guest pricing for golf courses and tennis facilities, in-room coffee, high-speed internet access in Hotel and Tower guest rooms and condominiums, on-property shuttle service to Cherry Capital Airport and Turtle Creek Casino, unlimited toll-free and credit card access phone calls, voicemail message service, daily newspaper upon request, use of safe deposit box, preferred car rental pricing through Enterprise in Traverse City, golf bag storage and parking.

Room rates are subject to state tax, which is currently 6%, and the convention and visitor's bureau assessment, which is currently 5%.

Parking is available on-site either by self-park or valet. There is a large surface lot and several lots on the property that are considered overflow lots from the main parking lot.

The Grand Traverse Resort and Spa is home to three golf courses: The Bear by Jack Nicklaus, The Wolverine by Gary Player and the resort's original course, Spruce Run. All courses start and finish from the same pro shop and are within walking distance from the main building. The courses offer 9- and 18-hole round options, as well as a driving range.
