Describe what you do in your role. 

I take data and tell stories through analysis and visualizations, and help our team and members make data-driven decisions.

What do you enjoy the most about your work? 

I love to solve problems and find order out of chaos. I love to help people find answers or solve problems that may be holding them or others back, and through that, help make someone’s life a little better.  

What are the causes you are most passionate about? 

I love education! I am passionate about helping young people succeed and become the best people they can be.  I want to see every young person receive everything they need to be able to learn and grow in an environment that gives them what they need to be successful. 

What inspires, challenges, or motivates you? 

I want to see people be happy, confident, kind, and compassionate. If I can be a part of helping those around me experience and convey those emotions and actions, I am motivated to do everything I can to help accomplish that goal. 

What do you love about Michigan? 

I think Michigan is one of the best states in the country! I love the weather and the accessibility to so many different beautiful ecosystems! To be such a short drive away from beautiful beaches, amazing forests, rivers, and lakes is just a wonderful experience!
